Happy Family Weekend 2025

Theme: Discrimination

From June 6th to June 9th, 2025, the event will be held at Het Zwaluwnest in Ter Aar, South Holland—a beautiful and spacious environment with plenty to experience for young and old alike. Everyone is warmly welcome!

About the theme

Discrimination

The theme is “Discrimination”, closely connected to discernment (Viveka). Our emblem features a swan, the symbol of Mata Saraswati, who, according to mythology, can separate milk from water—a metaphor for distinguishing between the pure and the impure, the good and the bad. This symbolism aligns with the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba, who emphasizes that discernment is essential for spiritual growth and self-realization.

Join us this weekend for an unforgettable experience filled with excitement, knowledge, and joy as you explore the true meaning of discrimination!

Logo Shri Satyam Sai World Foundation

The Happy Family Weekend, an initiative of the Shri Satyam Sai World Foundation, is an annual event focused on bringing together people from all walks of life to experience a weekend of warmth, togetherness, and spirituality. The event is open to everyone, regardless of background, culture, religion, or beliefs, with an emphasis on the teachings of Sri Sathya Sai Baba. These teachings are based on the five universal human values as He defines them: Truth (Sathya), Righteousness (Dharma), Peace (Shanti), Love (Prema), and Non-Violence (Ahimsa).

The Foundation aims to create a safe and welcoming environment where families and individuals can connect, share experiences, and grow together in their spiritual journey. Activities are designed to be accessible to all ages, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where everyone feels at home.

In addition to providing a space for personal growth and community building, the Happy Family Weekend also serves as a source of funding for a greater purpose: the establishment of a future dedicated facility for the Foundation. This venue will serve as a hub for education, spiritual development, and community activities, furthering the vision of the Shri Satyam Sai World Foundation.

The funds raised during this event are not only an investment in the joy and togetherness of the present moment but also in the sustainable future of our organization, which is dedicated to the welfare and spiritual enrichment of individuals and the community as a whole.
